Work Unit “Nourishing” The tasks related to preparation and serving of meals to beneficiaries are carried out within this Work Unit. Each of three Homes disposes with its own, modernly equipped kitchen where employees qualified for such jobs prepare food. The existing standards for older beneficiaries (people older than 60) are fully observed. In addition to preparation of regular meals, there is also the possibility to prepare dietary meals for beneficiaries to whom a doctor prescribed a special regime in diet. The correctness of food articles and hygiene of rooms in which food is prepared, as well as the health status of employees of this Work Unit is controlled regularly by institutions in charge of those tasks.
