Bodies of the Gerontological Centre “Novi Sad” include: Director, Managing Board, and Supervision Board.

The Director represents the Gerontological Centre “Novi Sad”, organises and manages its work and is responsible for legality of work of the Gerontological Centre. The Director executes the decisions of the Managing and Supervision Boards, takes care of implementation of financial plan and programme of work of this Institution, decides on other issues in accordance with the law, and is responsible to the Founder for the work of the Gerontological Centre.

     2. Managing Board

The Managing Board executes the following tasks:

    1. Determines the business policy of the Centre
    2. Passes the Statute and other general documents of the Centre
    3. Passes the public procurement plan for the following year
    4. Sets prices of accommodation services in high standard facilities
    5. Passes the work and development programmes
    6. Adopts decisions on distribution of profit of the Centre
    7. Passes the plan of defence preparations and provides necessary funds for its realisation
    8. Decides on business activities of the Centre
    9. Decides on the use of funds of the Centre in investments, in accordance with the law
    10. Adopts the report on business activities and annual balance sheet
    11. Executes other tasks in accordance with the law, act on establishment and Statute of the Centre

     3. Supervision Board           

The Supervision Board supervises conducting of business activities, reviews the annual report and balance sheet, points to omissions in work of the Managing Board and Director, and informs the Managing Board, Director, and founder on the results of supervision in writing.
